      The doctor is nice and knowledgeable but you can't get to him. The office staff will not answer the phone; you leave messages that are not returned. Pharmacy sends requests that are never answered and leave messages that are never returned. I've even left messages with the nurse that were not returned. It's sad that when you need help, you can't get it.
